Even though I am miles away when I came home it is literally like time stands still. ☕️ Spending time with people slow conversations no plans sleep no one saying your name. It was the real slow paced wholesome weekend that was needed. The floorboards creeked, the garden had roses and the lion king was on. Just slowing 🐌 right down into a snail pace is sometimes all you need to just recharge the system and give yourself the strength to battle a new week. ✨️🍃So this week remember that its OK to make real time for yourself.
