As a mother of three (yes, you read that right – three little tornadoes of joy and chaos!), I've waltzed through the chaos of parenthood, embracing the glorious imperfections that come with the territory. My journey into healing? Well, let's just say it started with a bang and hasn't slowed down since.
I'm here to create a space where parents – especially fellow mamas and papas – can kick off their shoes, let down their hair, and find some damn support amidst the beautiful chaos of raising kids.

The moments that also push us to the brink of running away. From ambulance rides to mental health meltdowns, I've learned that healing isn't always pretty – but boy, is it worth it! That to get through the big things we have to get real, and dig deep. That stepping outside the fucking box is what we need to do. No one has their shit together.

I'm on a mission to heal my marriage and break the repeating patterns within my family.
Healers have to do the work too! Life is chaos and it takes a fucking toll on us all. But here we are. My husband and I are diving deep into the wild world of holistic healing, exploring our emotions together, and rewriting our story as husband and wife. For us and for our children. It has taken courage, and a deep push to hold this together through the darkest days and facing the challenge now of raising our children in a new way. Relearning ourselves, re-parenting ourselves and questioning all that we have been told.
The past 9 years in and out of the ICU with my daughter, My community had my back. It has helped me BREATHE.
In my darkest days I always believed that giving back would come back around. It always has. It still does.
